          100 Black Women of London UK (100bwol)

The 100 Black Women of London was Launched on: Saturday 27th October 2012, at the Holiday Inn Hotel Kensington. Over 75 Women were Sworn in by the USA’s leading Educational Consultant and Motivational Speaker: Dr. Umar Johnson with over 100 witnesses.

PLEDGE  

We Pledge this day, to do our very best as Ambassadors, for 100 Black Women of London.
We will adhere to its mission and its vision.
We will continue to respect ourselves and all others, whilst expecting the best in all that we say and do.
We are here to learn all that we can, and to give all that we learn.
We are committed to doing our part, in order to leave a lasting legacy for the next generation and future generations to come, as we know and understand that:
“Education Is Our Passport To The Future, For Tomorrow Belongs To Those Who Prepare For It Today!”

 

MISSION STATEMENT: 100bwoL is committed to ensuring special protection for black female youths within London communities, whilst playing a leading role in the raising of self-esteem, empowerment and development of their lives which enables them to be citizens and leaders of sound standing. The 100 Black Women of London (100bwoL), is a progressive not for profit organisation of Black Women dedicated to the education, health, well-being, development and empowerment of our young females, in order to bring about positive change in their local communities.

The 100bwoL exists to provide what we see as a crucial services to the communities of London, which can only exist if we (members of the black community) take responsibility and lead by example, to help make positive changes which benefit all!

Our Vision:  to be an effective force within the Greater London Area to empower female youths and their families to cease the best of their lives for the rest of their lives.

Our Purpose: to build a strong network of programs which target  African/African-Caribbean females of  all ages and backgrounds to positively influence their own lives and to encourage them to reach their highest potential.
